Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of the branch and ensure smooth functioning
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Manage customer relationships and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- DME preferred
- Strong knowledge of customer service, DME qualifications for billing
- Excellent customer service skills
