Role Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire production process. They will work with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence and conduct quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management and development of all production employees
  • Shift planning and control of ongoing production and assembly
  • Continuous improvement of production processes
  • Collaboration in cross-departmental projects
  • Process design using modern methods

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed technical studies or equivalent training in the field of plastic extrusion
  • A "hands-on" attitude and management experience are key qualities
