Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Perform doubleentry bookkeeping to record financial transactions accurately
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process payroll and ensure timely payments to employees
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, and Quicken to maintain financial records
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decisionmaking processes
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Maintain an organized system of filing financial documents
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of financial concepts and practices
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
