Description

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Must be able to use one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objects
• Use muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds
• Bend, stretch, twist, or reach out and be physically active for long periods without getting tired or out of breath.
• Unloads delivery vehicles and moves items to appropriate area.
• May operate forklift equipment or other warehouse machinery
• Carpentry Skills needed

• Must be able to work independently and be reliable.
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Prepping orders for shipment
• Putting away used materials
• The general maintenance of all warehouse areas.
• Able to interact with all levels of the company in order to make sure customer specifications and quality guidelines are met.
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logístical process
• Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
• Multitask oriented, team player and able to prioritize tasks.
• Selfmotivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience working in a warehouse
• Proficiency with warehouse procedures and policies
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
• Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

• Ability to communicate in more than one language (optional)
