Job Overview:
We are open to a full or part time position. Hourly Wage or Yearly Salary.
Responsibilities:
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages and deductions
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
Skills:
- Quickbooks experience is a MUST.
- Proficient in double entry bookkeeping principles
- Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation
- Previous experience working as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial report writing
- Solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Experience with payroll processing and tax preparation
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
Job Types:

$45, $54,562.58 per year
