Job Overview:
We are open to a full or part time position. Hourly Wage or Yearly Salary.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry and filing
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages and deductions
  • Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with relevant regulations
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions

Skills:


  • Quickbooks experience is a MUST.
  • Proficient in double entry bookkeeping principles
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger reconciliation
  • Previous experience working as a bookkeeper or accounting clerk
  • Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial report writing
  • Solid understanding of general ledger accounting principles
  • Experience with payroll processing and tax preparation
  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$45, $54,562.58 per year
