- Support the Federal and Structuring Leader in various projects and initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in M&A Partnership Tax, with a focus on tax structuring.
- CPA or CPA track preferred.
- Experience with Big Four or public accounting company highly desired.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
