Hire Talent is partnering with a prominent financial services firm specializing in due diligence, M&A and tax structuring. Our client operates across multiple locations nationwide with a strong focus on providing innovative solutions to its clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled M&A Partnership Tax Professional with 1-5 years of experience and an accounting degree. A CPA or CPA track is preferred, with experience in a Big Four or public accounting company highly desired. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and report to the Federal and Structuring Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in M&A Partnership Tax matters, supporting the firm's clients in navigating complex tax issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement tax strategies that optimize client outcomes.
Assist in structuring M&A transactions to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.
Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and tailor tax solutions to meet their needs.
Support the Federal and Structuring Leader in various projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
1-5 years of experience in M&A Partnership Tax, with a focus on tax structuring.
CPA or CPA track preferred.
Experience with Big Four or public accounting company highly desired.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
