- Assists procurement as needed, with technical expertise for material/equipment specifications. Support cost reduction/efficiency mandates.
- Assists with compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices, as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
