That's where you come in.Who We're Looking For
A technical mastermind with deep nuts-and-bolts facilities knowledge, great people skills, a no-detail-is-too-small approach, and several years of experience coordinating a broad range of operations.
For starters, this position oversees maintenance at various Teague facilities, solving a variety of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical repair issues.
This person is also certified to operate forklifts, scissor lifts and other equipment-and can certify others to do so.This person is also a stickler about safety and compliance-this means ensuring Teague facilities meet or exceed all local code requirements; that all work is being done in a safe manner; and that liability insurance is in effect for contractors prior to work getting under way.
This forward-thinking taskmaster schedules preventative maintenance for all facility systems, retains accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, and generally ensures that the facility is clean and inviting and functioning optimally at all times.
