    Description

    Facilities Technician*Overview:


    • Pay: $27-33 an hour (depending on experience)
    • Location: Seattle, WA

    Job Description:

    + Ability to enter and complete work orders on phone/ laptop+ Vendor management and communication ability for work that is beyond the scope of the facilities team+ Physically able to move furniture between sites+ Perform maintenance such as simple carpentry, hanging up objects, furniture assembly, and door hardware+ Coordinate with vendors when needed as well as other temporary workers.+ Use of own personal truck or van (Mileage reimbursement)+ Work on a rotating on call basis for after hours emergency work when needed+ Ensure site security systems are always running+ Hand tools required as well as a working knowledge of power toolsQualifications:
    + High school/trade school diploma, GED, or equivalent.+ Two + years previous related experience sufficient to perform thoroughly and competently the full scope of responsibility of this position.
