- Building multiple conduit duct banks
- Monitor progress
- Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License strongly preferred
- Competent Person Training in trenching and excavation
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
- Basic aerial placement is desired
- Three years related experience in construction, including duct bank and manhole installation
- Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
- Backhoe, Excavator, Trencher Operator is desired
- Knowledge of shoring and concrete estimation
- Knowledge of manhole installation Pay rate $28 - $35 / hour
