Sewell 'The Ambulant Supported Living Service is currently seeking Social Pedagogues (Diploma or Bachelor) m/f/d or Special Education Teachers (Diploma or Bachelor) m/f/d to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Individual support for our users in living and managing their lives independently Guidance, counseling, and motivation for self-determined life planning Counseling for personal problems Crisis intervention Collaboration with caregivers, family members, and authorities Your profile: Enjoyment in supporting people with disabilities Knowledge of social spatial concepts and the inclusion approach Knowledge of participation planning tools, documentation, and reporting Structured and conceptual work behavior High level of self-organization Ability to maintain distance and reflect Our offer: An exciting work field where you can creatively contribute with your skills A motivated, interdisciplinary team and a very good working atmosphere Regular team meetings and structured training Remuneration according to TVöD /SuE (S12) with attractive additional benefits, as well as 30 days of vacation and 2 regeneration days Job bike (job bike leasing) Company pension plan This is a permanent part-time position.
