We are searching for a motivated individual who desires to build a career in the skilled trade of carpentry. We sponsor an apprenticeship program with the Rockford Local Carpenters Union 792.

This program includes a full-time job with on-the-job training through ONSITE as well as union apprenticeship schooling 4 times per year.

The apprenticeship pay scale is negotiated through the collective bargaining agreement.

The starting rate for this position is anywhere from $16.50 to $20.00, and the full journeyman rate is $28.44, after completion of the 4-year apprenticeship program.

Applicants with prior woodworking, carpentry or machine operating experience will be considered for a higher starting rate.
