Molimo Architectural Products Testing is seeking a motived
Technician in Training - Field Testing who is interested in traveling between the Virginia and New York Metropolitan regions to work in a two-person team and conduct on-site testing to evaluate the integrity of many different types of buildings. This is a perfect and well-paid position for motivated persons interested in company-paid per diem, benefits, and excellent wages. You must be comfortable with construction sites and operating on lifts, scaffolding and swing stages. This is a position for a hard-worker willing to travel overnight and be home on the weekends with good pay and benefits. An excellent opportunity for a hard-working veteran who is used to time away and has a solid work ethic.


What does a week in the life of a Field Technician look like?

• Travel to various job sites located in metropolitan areas between Virginia, Washington D.C., Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York
• Ensure vans are stocked and ready with materials and supplies for the upcoming tests
• Work with the Lead Field Technician partner and aid in setting up, performing, and breaking down the test and equipment
• Stay in companypaid hotels with companypaid perdiem to enjoy free evenings in interesting cities
• Develop and learn the different test methods and construction types to further your career as a lead field test technician
• Grow into new positions as skills develop

As a member of the team you will have access to:

• Starting hourly rate of $20-$25 (depending on qualifications) paid door-to-door with extensive available overtime
• Companypaid per diem of $60/daily

Minimal qualifications include:

• Past performance or demonstrated capability in a construction trade or function
• Comfortable with working on lifts, scaffolding and swing stages
• Punctuality
• Comfortable with traveling with overnight stays that can last through the work week
• OSHA 30 Hour Safety Certification, a plus but not necessary (company provided)

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Typical end time:

• 4PM

Typical start time:

• 5AM
