Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Update and maintain confidential employee personnel files
- Weekly and Semi-Monthly Payroll processing and associated reporting
- Participate and support the recruitment process
- Schedule interviews
- Prepare Offer Letters
- Attend Career/Job fairs
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, interns and temporary employees
- Process preemployment screenings
- Set up new hire files
- Prepare paperwork for New Hire Orientation and Training
- Prepare new hire badges
- Maintain HRIS databases
- Prepare routine and nonroutine reports
- Respond to employment verifications
- Maintain general office functions related to Human Resources
- Special projects and other duties as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least three years' experience working in HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to thrive in a highstress fastpaced environment
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Dayforce experience preferred
