Summary:


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain confidential employee personnel files
  • Weekly and Semi-Monthly Payroll processing and associated reporting
  • Participate and support the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews
  • Prepare Offer Letters
  • Attend Career/Job fairs
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, interns and temporary employees
  • Process preemployment screenings
  • Set up new hire files
  • Prepare paperwork for New Hire Orientation and Training
  • Prepare new hire badges
  • Maintain HRIS databases
  • Prepare routine and nonroutine reports
  • Respond to employment verifications
  • Maintain general office functions related to Human Resources
  • Special projects and other duties as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least three years' experience working in HR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to thrive in a highstress fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Dayforce experience preferred
