Description

This post is for a part time janitor / cleaner estimated time being 15hrs per week. Opportunities to take on more hours as more accounts are acquired. Each shift starts at roughly 3:30pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, furniture, and fixtures
Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or repairing minor damages
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly
Adhere to company policies and procedures

Experience:

Previous experience as a janitor or in a similar role preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
Ability to operate floor care machines, such as buffers or carpet cleaners
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
