Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales conversations via email, phone, and video calls (programs provided)
  • Provide consultation on solar panels (comprehensive and easytofollow training provided in the first 3 weeks)
  • Make phone calls to interested parties to schedule appointments
  • Maintain customer data in our CRM system
  • Provide guidance and assistance on various products

Qualifications:

  • Motivated and eager to excel in sales
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the sales field
  • Persuasive and pleasant communication skills
  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written German
  • Background in customer service or a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Enjoy talking on the phone and interacting with others
  • Skilled in argumentation and persuasion, or willing to learn
  • Basic knowledge of PC/Mac and ability to differentiate between mouse and keyboard
  • Sociable and open to new experiences
  • Willingness to learn new technical processes
