Position Overview:


As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey with LifeQuest.

You will be responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, including consultations, evaluations, and followup visits
  • Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and patients to ensure accurate and timely information exchange
  • Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate efficient and coordinated patient care

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcarerelated education or certifications are a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, staff, and external stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care
