Description

Mobility Bone & Joint Institute a 20+ provider practice with offices in Andover and Haverhill MA and Salem NH, seeks to hire Patient Registration Representatives.

This position will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls to welcome patients into our practice, clarify their health issues, and register them completely in Athena so their appointments are efficient.

Check in patients for their appointments, collect copays/balances, referral management, and other duties assigned. Experience using the Athena system and being bi-lingual (English/Spanish) are a plus.

The practice consists of providers in orthopedics, spine, rheumatology, interventional pain management and podiatry. Office located in Andover, MA, Haverhill, MA, and Salem, NH. Must be willing to travel.
