Clerk / Receptionist - Hybrid Schedule - Hiring Bonus
Seeking a full time (37.5 hours/week) Clerk/Receptionist. The Clerk / Receptionist works within the Support Staff.
The Clerk/Receptionist manages telephone console and internet-based phone system, screens, greets and assists visitors, performs assorted clerical tasks, and is the primary front-end office coverage.
Performs other duties necessary for the successful operations of the support staff unit as assigned by the supervisor or any member of Management.
The position is hybrid and requires three days in-office status.Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in reception, multi-line phone system, general office procedures and data entry required. Desire and commitment to working with older individuals required. Demonstrate experience building relationships and partnerships preferred. Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skills required. Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft products (Excel, SharePoint, Word) and working within a database. Bilingual skills preferred. Must have moderate physical mobility; Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
- A hiring bonus will be awarded in 2 parts, half at 120 Days, and half at 1 year of active employment. The bonus for this position is $1,000.
