    Job Description

    Neurovascular Home Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist and COTA to cover Hillsborough County. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Facilitate rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
    • Monitor and assess patient rehabilitative programs
    • Convey treatment results and patient progress to relevant parties
    • Organize and update patient records
    • Maintain a clean and healthy environment

    Qualifications:

    • Previous 1 year experience in occupational therapy
    • Must be a graduate of an approved school for Occupational Therapist
    • Must have a current state license for Occupational therapist; current licensed by Florida Therapist Licensing Board for OTA
    • Current CPR/BLS certification
    • Current Driver's license, insurance, and dependable transportation
    • Ability to build rapport with patients
    • Passion to help and motivate others
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Salary:

    $70-$80 per visit for OT

    $45 per visit for COTA

    Job Type:

    Part-time/Contact/PRN
