Requirements:


  • Active HHA Certificate with 75 hours of handson training
  • Physical
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities include:


  • Onetoone care in the home
  • The direction taken by the clinical team and overseeing Registered Nurse
  • Following the plan of care
  • Following all clinical and office policies
