We are looking for a *n Sachbearbeiter*in (m/f/d) in part-time (50%) for the "General Police Law, Assemblies and Youth Protection" department at the Order Office.

Your tasks:

As part of the political mandate "Safe City," you will be responsible for issuing police orders to ban the disruptive scene in Heilbronn.

You will independently handle police confiscation and forfeiture cases involving dangerous objects.

You will also be the contact person for youth protection, handle reports of administrative offenses together with the fine office, issue orders, and coordinate controls and test purchases with city apprentices.

If needed, you will support the team in processing incoming assembly registrations and issue corresponding confirmation and notices.

Your profile:
You have a degree in higher administrative service (diploma or bachelor), as a Verwaltungsfachwirt*in, or a comparable qualification. You work in a structured, results- and customer-oriented manner, are responsible, and support teamwork. You are proficient in using computers and common office applications.
