Position Highlights:

  • Position: Customer Service II
  • Location: Elmhurst Hospital
  • Full Time
  • Hours: 7am to 5:30pm Sat-Tues with a holiday rotation.

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of call center experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Aptitude for organization, people, and nonroutine situations

General Summary:


Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, actively performs up to two of the Customer Service Specialist jobs, including the Operator skillset as priority, and then Physician Referral / Class Registration or Patient Call Attendant, depending on shift and location.

Ensures adherence to department standards of excellence.
