To expand our regional team, we are currently seeking a SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (M/F/D) for immediate employment at SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH in Halifax

Working hours: Full-time SERVICE TECHNICIAN FOR REFRIGERATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (M/F/D)


YOUR TASKS:

  • Ensuring the proper technical condition of the building systems under your care, including inspections, maintenance, and testing (primarily in the field of refrigeration technology)
  • Conducting control rounds and inspections
  • Assisting and supporting with technical operations for the client
  • Digitally documenting completed tasks using mobile devices (e.g. maintenance reports)

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration and air conditioning or alternatively a technical training as an HVAC / central heating and ventilation technician.
