We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team.

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions.

This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in accounting principles.

Duties:

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Manage general ledger accounting and maintain accurate records
• Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Complete 10key typing tasks with speed and accuracy
• Maintain knowledge of debits, credits, and other accounting principles
• Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation
• Utilize accounting software to record and track financial transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial information
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits
• Provide support for tax preparation activities

Skills:

• Experience using Sage accounting systems required
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to perform bank reconciliations effectively
• Familiarity with general ledger accounting practices
• Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial records
• Knowledge of journal entries and their proper documentation
• Experience with pipe inventory, a plus

Pay:
$55, $58,000.00 per year
