Magic Maintenance, Inc.is a family-owned general contracting company based in Valencia and has been serving Los Angeles County and Ventura County since 1964.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Data Entry Specialist.
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Accurately inputting and updating data in the Salesforce system.
- Coordinating with department managers, customer service representatives, and customers to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of data entry processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Providing training and support to team members on Salesforce data entry best practices. Generating reports and analysis from Salesforce data as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is required.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
