Job Summary:
Adorn, a Division of Patrick is seeking a HR Generalist to add to their growing team. The HR Generalist will act as a partner to the HR Manager, Leadership Team and Team Members at their assigned Business Unit.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members to address HRrelated issues and opportunities.
- Lead the onboarding process for new team members.
- Provide support to Management and Supervisors regarding employee relations matters.
- Conduct audits of the payroll process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with time and attendance approval processes and payroll administration at the BU Level.
- Administer employee benefits, and FMLA.
- Maintain records for hourly team members, including data entry into the HRIS system for new hires and employee changes.
- Promote activities that enhance employee engagement and contribute to our Better Together culture.
- Manage all aspects of hourly recruitment, including collaborating with leaders to understand position requirements, and implementing sourcing strategies.
- Complete investigations and administer appropriate disciplinary action.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Highly organized, detailoriented, and capable of managing confidential information.
- 25 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Previous recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
- Dynamic personality with the capacity to effectively engage with team members and senior management.
- Experience or familiarity with manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates personal integrity, including selfesteem, confidence, honesty, and respect.
- Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to balance employee engagement and business needs.

Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
