Overview:
Seeking motivated individual with good communication skills as well as proficiency in typing, filing, answering phones, Microsoft Office/Excel, etc. Experience in office setting preferred. FBI, Criminal, and Childline Clearances are required (paid for by company). Full Benefits. E.O.E.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, typing, and clerical duties with precision
- Manage office tasks such as filing, organizing, and scheduling appointments
- Support office staff with administrative tasks
- Proofread documents for errors and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Some experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay:
$31, $32,000.00 per year
