WHAT WILL YOU DO

This individual is responsible for training new Client Service agents in the department to deliver high quality service for all inquires.

This involves high proficiency in giving out alert results, requesting additional information for completion of testing, canceling or adding test, and investigating new or unusual test requests.

In addition this individual must maintain a highly professional attitude and appropriate behaviors as frequent and sensitive client interactions occur.

The individual is responsible for assisting with managing the workflow and makes recommendations regarding the revision of the workflow process.

He/she is required to understand all processes involved to resolve and relay information. Must be able to adjust and rotate scheduling according to work volume and training needs. Individual is actively involved in interviewing, training and continuous education, as well as participates in review input. Effectively uses multiple computer systems. Individual is able to achieve expected results and meet deadlines.

This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic healthcare systems while performing all job functions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent required.

A 2-year degree or in the process of taking college classes to complete a 2- or 4-year degree preferred.

At least 6 months at Alverno Clinical Laboratories (or related organization), as well as familiarity with Alverno Laboratories preferred.

Knowledge or experience with computers and the ability to troubleshoot problems essential.
