    Description

    Corporate Recruiter

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Identify internal hiring needs, understand job requirements and update job descriptions.
    2. Recruit potential candidates whose skills align with the company's needs.
    3. Review and screen resumes from applicants.
    4. Administer initial phone interview with candidate.
    5. Conduct Reference Checks on potential candidates.
    6. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
    7. Participate in interviews with hiring managers as needed.
    8. Create and manage candidate communication throughout the staffing process.
    9. Utilize social media (Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to advertise open positions and connect with relevant candidates.
    10. Attend local networking events to interact with potential candidates.
    11. Represent Client at job fairs to attract top talent.
    12. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
    13. Research and Process Immigration visas for candidates.
    14. Other duties as assigned.
    Requirements:

    1. An exceptional work ethic, organization and efficiency.
    2. An excellent communicator, able to attract and engage.
    3. Ability to quickly translate business needs into recruiting strategies and tactics.
    4. Experience sourcing candidates, using both traditional and innovative recruiting practices.
    Qualifications:

    1. 3 years' experience in aerospace, manufacturing, automotive or technical recruiting. Armed forces background and/or recruitment experience with federal contractor is highly desired.
    2. Experience sourcing candidates, working with job boards, social networking tools, etc.
    3. Prior direct interaction with hiring managers/clients.
    4. Proficient in MS office suite software, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook
