Job Summary:

Description:
Assists in the data analytics responsibilities for a designated book of business. Including data collection, cleaning, reporting and advanced analytics.

Database management / development for client reporting
Supports benchmark database and associated reporting
Researches issues' root cause, implements, and resolves related issue
Recommends and implements potential enhancements or improvements to processes, products, and/or policies with oversight from senior team member
Assists in the preparation of financial models and reports for Client and senior staff, provides interpretation and implication of analysis, as well as recommendation
Establishes and maintains relationships and interfaces with Clients, carriers, and other vendor
Supports team in tracking project progress and timelines, maintaining client files, populating and maintaining open item trackers.
Provides management for client information, interfaces with others where appropriate.
Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field and/or years of experience equivalent
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Python, R, or SQL
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plu
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed
Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training session
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of Client and company information
Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadline
Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
Ability to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, and photocopier.
Ability to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of time
Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed
Legally able to work in the United State
