Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments with attention to accuracy and patient safety.
Monitor and document patient health outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
Maintain a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the facility.

Qualifications:

A valid registered nursing license in Florida.
Proven experience working with developmentally disabled and/or longterm acute care populations.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Empathy and a patientcentered approach to care.
