Key Responsibilities:


  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments with attention to accuracy and patient safety.
  • Monitor and document patient health outcomes and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
  • Maintain a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the facility.

Qualifications:


  • A valid registered nursing license in Florida.
  • Proven experience working with developmentally disabled and/or longterm acute care populations.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Empathy and a patientcentered approach to care.
