    • Extended SOC (xSOC) Platform & ServicesThis role will be fundamental to helping us shape a high performing Product Management team focused on delivering world class experiences and services to drive the Extended SOC
    - a new way of creating analyst efficiency from the endpoint to the cloud.

    About the TeamThe xSOC Product Management team is a high energy team focused on creating a suite of platform capabilities that will operationalize innovative capabilities to enable the SOC to manage imminent and active threats across the entire attack surface.

    We have a global team that operates in the US, Canada, Northern Ireland and Israel.

    We believe in building fast, learning from customers and making experiences that matter for the SOC and beyond.

    About the RoleAs Manager of Product Management, you will work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to obtain market insights directly or through customer-facing teams and you will own the product management for key components of our platform that enables both integrated experiences as well as a suite of managed services.


    In this role, you will:
    Guide and shape the vision, strategy, experience, and value realization of the xSOC Platform and ServicesBe a natural storyteller.

    Humans communicate in stories.


    You will take our vision, strategy, design, engineering and delivery capabilities and weave them into compelling, durable narratives that inspire our teams to achieve success.

    Lead cross-team collaboration for product planning, prioritization, development, launch, and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with strategic market impact.

    Encourage data driven product decisions leveraging utilization metrics, user feedback, and customer partnershipWork with product leadership, commercialization leadership, and product marketing to develop content, messaging, and competitive positioning based on solid value propositions and real world use cases driving sales enablement and existing customer growth.

    The skills you'll bring include:


    3+ years of experience in product leadership: Recognizing patterns, trends and devising strategies for B2B industries demands context over time.

    Leadership roles in PM, Engineering, Program Management, Experience design are all relevant2+ years in roles responsible for team growth: You will be a manager, hands-on contributor, and coach for a multi-disciplinary team including Product Managers and Customer Support Advisors

    Data fluency:
    You understand how data differentiates belief from fact.


    You understand the ins and outs of product telemetry as an aid to value realization, design choices, and decision support.

    Humans may communicate with stories, but rationally invest with data

    Own customer problems:
    Develop, maintain, demonstrate a solid understanding of Security Operations and the problem of unmet customer needs

    Team-minded leadership:
    Help the team deliver capabilities that satisfy customer needs.

    You'll act as an internal and external advocate & spokesperson, but also lend a helping hand when needed.
