Description
Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with drafting and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, leases, and correspondence.
- Conducting research on relevant laws and property information.
- Coordinating entity formation matters in various jurisdictions.
- Managing and organize electronic files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties, as requested.
- Assisting with billing, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience working as a legal assistant or in a related field preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and terminology a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe-Pro, along with comfort learning and adapting to new technology.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of Document Management Software and Time and Billing software is a plus.

$60, $85,000.00 per year
