Our client is a sustainable developer and operator of commercial properties in Germany and Austria.

To expand their current team of 4, we are looking for a
(Senior) Controller (m/f/d) with potential to take on team leadership for their location in Berlin's City-West.

You can expect a highly responsible area of ​​responsibility with the opportunity to develop into a management position within a few months, a very good company pension plan, and the possibility to work remotely several times a week.


Your tasks:


  • You will participate in the company's internal leadership program.
  • With your expertise, you will support the further development of controlling.
  • You will create regular reports and adhoc analyses and act as a contact person for the foreign parent company.
  • You will support the entire planning and forecasting processes for the German subsidiary.
  • You will support the investment planning of the German subsidiary.
  • You will be responsible for analyzing the interim and annual financial statements.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on accounting.
  • You have already gained experience in the abovementioned areas of responsibility.
  • You have proficient knowledge of MS Office and preferably SAP.
  • You are interested in participating in the internal leadership program and developing into a team leader within a short period of time.
