Working Days:
Monday-Friday

Working hours:
after 6pm

Position Description:

Ability to report to work on time and complete the assigned work shift.
Keep supplies and equipment in neat, clean, organized manner in the designated area.
General housekeeping of employee breakroom: dusk, sweep, mop, take out trash, cleaning of appliances.
General housekeeping of office areas: dusk, sweep, mop, take out trash.
Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls.
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
Empty trash and recycling bins
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
Clean and maintain restrooms
Washing and clean windows and mirrors
Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
Dust furniture and fixtures

Qualifications include:

Must be able to pass a background check.
Must have reliable transportation
Prior work experience in Janitorial work a plus, but not required.
Strong work ethic
Strong problemsolving skills.
Strong communication skills
Ability to function with mínimal supervision, but also have the ability to take and follow directions.

Working Conditions

The work is performed inside and outside one stationary building with a wide variety of people with differing functions.
The work is usually done inside assigned building which is welllit. Expose also to work outdoors. Exposed to occasional equipment noise.
