Position Overview

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Provides support to the Partner Success team using various tools such as Salesforce, Pendo, Zoom, Excel, and ChurnZero
  • Supports technical backend needs for each of our products
  • Identifies opportunities for efficiency and builds solutions toward those opportunities
  • Ability to manage several ongoing tasks simultaneously
  • Assists the Partner Success onboarding team with routine customer calls and report on product usage analysis
  • Hosts scripted weekly webinars for customers
  • Works on special projects as determined by Partner Success leadership
  • Provides excellent customer service to our partners through written and verbal communication
  • Manipulates and verifies validity of data for CRM upload
  • Occasional domestic travel required for inperson team, department, and company meetings

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Zoom, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comfortably communicate at multiple levels with customers (i.e. technical/ nontechnical /management).
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Familiarity with Teaching Strategies products and services a plus, but not required
