Job Description:

Tube Assembly Assemblers perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures in order to maintain production schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:

In an ultracleanroom environment, use tools and equipment properly to assemble products. Use of bunny suits, rubber finger cots, smocks, and rubber gloves to work with alcohol, alkali powders such as aluminum, tungsten, sodium, potassium, cesium silicon, cesium chromate, and acids. Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality. Participate in training activities to develop, maintain and improve job skills. Perform visual checks of product to assure quality. Multitask while monitoring multiple exhaust systems
Identify and corrects nonconforming part.

Basic Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Good hand/eye coordination
Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
Demonstrated problem solving techniques
Related manufacturing work experience: 13 years
Ability to hold a Security Clearance a plus
Related manufacturing work experience; 13 years preferred
Must be able to wear clean room attire and work in a clean room
Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
