Job Duties:
Build, implement, and support a Global SAP SuccessFactors deployment.

Lead the interactions with business leadership and users to gather and document business and technical requirements (both functional and non-functional).

Ensure proper documentation and traceability of the business requirements through the solution design and delivery process. Stay up-to date on industry best practices and capabilities of the Success Factors modules.

Collaborate and interact with multi-disciplined teams for initial feasibility study, solution design and business justification to ensure there is a clear understanding of "what" change is being proposed and "why." Acquire in-depth knowledge of existing business processes and systems, documenting process models and task analysis, to identify areas for potential process improvement.

Identify business risk and issues, and detail business impact for mitigation plans, including any handover or operational early life support for a smooth transition.

Build and maintain strong business relationships with all stakeholders and designated contacts, to share business system and domain knowledge.

Work closely with Project and Product management teams with the purpose of providing analysis updates, removing task blockers to facilitate business or technical decisions in the company's best interest.

Understand business objectives and problems identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and suggest the best course of action.

Contribute to cross-functional project teams that address customer initiatives or IT infrastructure needs. Support integration between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. Develop reports and analytics using standard SAP SuccessFactors reporting functionality.

Understands business objectives and problems identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and suggests the best course of action.

Contribute to cross-functional project teams that address customer initiatives or IT infrastructure needs.

Provide problem resolution of customer issues reported via IT Service Desk System in compliance with applicable SLA (Service Level Agreement).

May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S.


Requirements:
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering or related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Business/IT Systems analyst-related occupation


Experience must include:

3 years of experience in SAP Success Factors design and implementation; Success Factors APIs, services and tools implementation approaches; Recruitment and Onboarding functions within a complex HR systems landscape; Technical Configuration accountability for SAP SuccessFactors modules in conjunction with integrated systems; and Integrating software platforms and implementing module changes on other module functionality, master data impacts, security and development solutions.
