Position Summary:
Software Developers are responsible for creating and maintaining systems in a complex multi-vendor, multi-platform environment. Their work entails writing clean and efficient code that meets the coding standards set forth for the department. They are a vital part of the overall development lifecycle, beginning with initial concept through ongoing maintenance after implementation.


Ideal Canidate Requirements:

  • Understanding of the full project lifecycle and 2 to 5 years of related experience designing and coding complex, multiyear, highdollar amount engagements
  • Comfortable with modern programming languages, tools and frameworks
  • Basic understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
  • Skilled problem solver with ability to solve problems
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Comfortable with version control systems such as TFS
  • Ability to organize time effectively and work under time constraints, meet deadlines and prioritize
  • Research new technologies, advancements and industry improvements in order to stay abreast of the latest developments and trends
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field desired. Certifications in modern development methodologies a plus.

Pay:
$78, $118,000.00 per year
