  • Handle incoming Medicaid Hotline calls. Must be bilingual.
  • Answering Medicaid clients questions
  • Making referrals to other Medicaid units
  • Looking up Medicaid clients eligibility
Keep updated on changes to Medicaid policies and guidelines
