Your main tasks with us

  • You support recruiting activities for potential employees
  • You manage social media accounts and create suitable posts
  • You create and maintain our CI document
  • Website maintenance and development are part of your responsibilities
  • You can unleash your creativity in organizing customer events
  • You shape our company with your personality

What you should bring

  • You have already gained some experience in human resources management and/or recruiting
  • You are interested in recruiting and active sourcing in a dynamic environment with high levels of responsibility
  • You are not afraid to convey our vision and company values to potential employees
  • You appreciate and maintain open, honest, and respectful communication
  • Your work is characterized by reliability, professionalism, and discretion
  • You are a team player and can also successfully take on tasks independently and autonomously
  • You enjoy laughing together and shaping the company
  • You have fluent German and good English skills, as well as good MS Office knowledge
  • Extremely flexible working hours with a healthy mix of office and home office
  • Attractive compensation consisting of fixed and variable components
