    How you contribute to our joint success:
  • Operation and maintenance of IoT solutions for monitoring aggregates
  • Evaluation of collected data, plausibility checks and notification management with independent prioritization of tasks
  • Independent analysis and root cause investigation in case of irregularities
  • Targeted customer communication for followup and problem solving, if necessary together with service partners
  • Independent monitoring of success based on operating parameters
  • Collaboration with sales and service to establish the system and ensure efficient and secure operation of IoT solutions
  • Support of development and support for continuous improvement of IoT solutions based on customer feedback and field reports

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering, information technology or similar
  • Experience in dealing with customers, possibly also in customer support
  • Affinity for digitization, IoT solutions, Industry 4.0
  • Independent and resultsoriented way of working
  • Fluent in German and English, preferably in other languages as well
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
