    Description

    Job Summary:

    • The Sales Consultant solicits and secures new clients for linen, workwear industrial uniforms and facility services within a designated sales territory.
    • Reports to the Regional Sales Manager and works closely with the General Manager.

    Essential Functions:

    • Solicit and secure new clients for approved products and services within a designated sales territory.
    • Meet or exceed sales quotas.
    • Identify, solicit, and motivate prospects using various methods.
    • Participate in promotions, contests, and meetings.
    • Follow company sales policies and procedures.
    • Operate a vehicle safely.
    • Attend trade shows and marketing events.
    • Monitor competitive activity.

    Requirements Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
    • Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

    Education/Experience:

    • College degree preferred or two years sales experience.

      • Compensation:

      • Base salary plus commissions.
      • Excellent benefit package.

      Physical Activity:

      • Physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, driving, lifting up to 30 lbs.

      Environmental Conditions:

      • Travel by vehicle within a designated sales territory.
