    Dev Ops Engineer II (TraceLink, Inc. - Wilmington, MA):

    Job Duties:

    Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and operation of build infrastructure systems, release-centric components, as well as all related activities within the build and release process. Specific duties include:
    1. Develop, maintain, and automate a standard set of procedures to build, promote, deploy features with supporting infrastructure.
    2. Develop and maintain code build pipelines that operate on cloud-based architecture and are used by teams to deploy their applications/infrastructure.
    3. Manage all build related SDK, CDK and API keys in vault.
    4. Integrated 3rd party configuration management tools like Cloudtruth with current build systems and developed python scripts to retrieve the configurations from Cloudtruth.
    5. Play an advocate role to Engineering and Cloud Operations, driving best practices and requirements for standards.
    6. Manage Jenkinsfile libraries (collection of groovy, shell and python scripts) which are used to onboard new Jenkins pipelines and upgrade Jenkins version and all its dependent plugins accordingly.
    7. Troubleshoot issues occurred in Kubernetes and monitor pods, replicas, service, deployments, health checks etc.
    8. Provide support for Jenkins tool and train teams to utilize Jenkins pipelines for their application/infrastructure deployments.
    9. Manage GIT repositories, adding appropriate webhooks which triggers Jenkins pipelines to create new module packages and enforce appropriate branch restriction and merge strategies.
    10. Support teams to build their app charts and env charts which are used in Production deployments.
    11. Monitor alerts in Grafana dashboards for Jenkins disk usage, health status, active plugins and memory usage.
    12. Monitor alerts in Opensearch dashboards for build/deploy pipelines metrics (codecoverage, build time, timestamp, logs associated with the build etc).
    13. Manage confluence pages.
    Position Requirements:

    Master's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology or closely related field plus 3 years of experience in any Dev-Ops Role, System Administrator or related position.

    Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:
    • 3 years of experience utilizing Kubernetes and Helm.
    • 3 years of experience with software build and best practices including version control, continuous integration, continuous delivery and software life cycle.
    • 3 years of experience utilizing scripting language including bash, ruby and python.
    • 3 years of experience utilizing Git.
    • 3 years of experience utilizing build tools including Jenkins, Maven, Docker and Gradle.
    • 3 years of experience utilizing Amazon Web Services deployment and services.
    • 3 years of experience utilizing Terraform.
    • 3 years of experience working in an Agile development environment.
    Salary: $135,304/year.

    Job Site: 200 Ballardvale Street, Wilmington, MA Full-time.
