    The impact you'll have:

  • Work with data scientists and software engineers to create a robust ML Ops infrastructure for efficient deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models across production and development environments.
  • Ensure machine learning deployments comply with data privacy policies and are secure.
  • Advocate for ML Ops best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Help to automate model training, evaluation, and deployment in collaboration with data scientists.
  • You will support and advance our ("shift left") capabilities in Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment
  • You will build, operate, scale, and troubleshoot the Curriculum Associates SaaS infrastructure in an Agile environment.
  • You will enhance our monitoring tools, build infrastructure, and source code management. In collaboration with other teams, you'll make sure our infrastructure and applications that depend on it work together seamlessly.
  • You will support other teams' build and infrastructure needs on an as needed basis.
  • You will write tools for systems and infrastructure automation.
  • As part of an on-call rotation, you'll provide operations coverage.

    • What we're looking for:

  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
  • General analysis/problem solving and ability to develop creative solutions.
  • AWS Cloud technology experience

    • Required Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of DevOps experience
  • Experience with ML platforms for model tracking and management (such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, Langsmith, etc.)
  • Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes.
  • Infrastructure as Code approaches: Puppet (or Chef/Ansible/Salt) and Terraform (or CloudFormation) experience.
  • Experience with languages such as Python/Go
  • Experience monitoring tools such as Splunk, DataDog, is a plus.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and Nexus
  • Experience using ECS or other container orchestrators.
  • Experience operating a 24/7 production infrastructure.

    Benefits and Pay Range:
    Pay Range – This role's range is $93,250. - $166,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
