Customer Accounting Software Support Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Software Accounting Support Specialist to directly assist our business customers with technical and accounting-related problems when using our products and services.

This job is located in our office in NW Houston.

Responsibilities include:
resolving customer queries (both tech and accounting related), recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities.

Customer Tech & Accounting Software Support Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

Analyze and report product malfunctions

Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and document discussions with customers

Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

Inform customers of new features and functionalities

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved


Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (higher degree preferred, but not required)
• Proven experience in accounting, with some tech exposure or affinity
• Familiarity with the ERP industry is a plus
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools is a plus
• Topnotch oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Welldeveloped arbitration skills with the ability to remain impartial
• Affinity for multitasking with precision
• Capacity to accept and utilize constructive criticism
• Ability to be proactive and work independently in a fastpaced environment

SQL experience is a plus.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
