**Tasks

In our Communications team, you will be responsible for creating content, utilizing your previous work experience, and independently managing your area of responsibility and associated processes.

Your tasks will include:

Assisting others in telling their stories, explaining processes, and increasing visibility, as well as managing and executing employee engagement programs and events
Strategically developing and implementing communication plans to engage employees and promote understanding of corporate and HR initiatives
Serving as a point of contact and storyteller for departments, collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company values and objectives
Analyzing communication metrics and adjusting plans accordingly, while staying uptodate with industry trends and best practices in internal communications

**Qualifications

To be successful as a Communications Specialist, you should possess the following qualifications:

Degree in a business-related field with a focus on communication, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate content or a related field, preferably within a communications agency

Passion for storytelling and a strong ability to translate complex issues into simple and well-structured messages
