    Description
    Field Service Engineering
    1. Receive and Respond to Service Calls:
      • Receive service calls from customers.
      • Determine customer needs or problems and respond accordingly.
    2. Provide Customer Support:
      • Provide over-the-phone consultation and advice to customers.
      • Respond to emergency customer situations or schedule and repair Company's products at customer sites.
    3. Perform Preventative Maintenance:
      • Perform preventative maintenance on Company products.
    4. Establish and Manage Local Maintenance Service:
      • Establish and manage a local maintenance service.
    5. Facilitate Communication Between Customer and Applications Programmer:
      • Provide liaison between customer and applications programmer for customer requests involving change in applications.
    6. Research Market Needs and Customer Applications:
      • Research market needs and customer applications of Company products.
      • Submit application reports to management in a timely manner.
    7. Support Sales Activities:
      • Support sales activities and establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
      • Participate in sales meetings as required.
    8. Provide Training and Submit Reports:
      • Provide training to other Company field service engineers as needed.
      • Submit various reports, such as service reports, weekly reports, and expense reports to management in a timely manner.
    Salary $90-100k
